Fall Colors
Well, they don’t last long, but at their peak, they are amazing! Once the aspens start to turn, you don’t have much time for photos, and bummer if the skies are gray and cloudy. Like they were this year. So the picture above is from a few years ago when I caught them at their peak on a beautiful blue-sky day.
Cold mornings, I had to drag out my lined pants and my heavier shoes for work. The weather should flip back and forth for a while through the end of the year then (historically) is doesn’t get really cold until February. But it has been so flaky the past few years, there is no telling what it will be like.
The locals say it will be a hard winter. We’ll see.
